Bay Islands Multi Cultural Festival

The vibrant cultures, creativity, and community spirit of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands are celebrated at the Bay Islands Fusion Festival (BIFF) 2026, a free community festival presented by the Bay Islands Multi Sport and Recreation Association (BIMSARA). BIFF celebrates the diversity of island communities through cultural performances, live music, dance, storytelling, art, food, and family-friendly activities.

The festival is proudly community-led, with activities coordinated by dedicated volunteers and supported by generously donated performances from local artists, cultural groups, musicians, and community organisations. Visitors can enjoy a full day of multicultural entertainment, interactive workshops, creative displays, cultural experiences, and opportunities to connect with people from many different backgrounds.

BIFF highlights the unique character of the Bay Islands while promoting inclusion, community participation, and cultural understanding.
